Set in the Heart of Umhlanga is this 3 level townhouse. An eclectic creation by Frans Alexander featuring a variety of textures, colour and finishes. Frans Alexander Renovations renovated the home by carefully designing each space. Frans used sophisticated textures such as marble in the kitchen and dining room contrasting with the bleached parquet floors which translates an upmarket beach apartment. Top quality furniture and fixtures were selected throughout to ensure a luxury upmarket end result.
Each space was carefully used to create a functional and luxurious beach apartment with a refined handwriting!! The goal was to create a luxury apartment keeping in mind the intended target market as an Air BNB guest house.
